The Boefjes study is a scientific research to examine the effect on breastfeeding improvement and reflux problems after a frenulotomy of ankyloglossia and/or tethered maxillary labial frenula. 175 breastfeeding mothers have been followed during 6 months. The results will be published in the international medical literature.
