Is it possible to cancel the appointment?

It is possible to cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. We would like to make you aware that expenses have already been made for the chair and the practitioner. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we will charge part of these costs to share the impact. This translates to one euro for every minute of the reserved time.
